About Marwa
Learning design grounded in proven method
I work in Educational Technology, shaping learning experiences from the first needs assessment through to the training that people actually use. My background spans interactive e-learning, employee training, curriculum structure, learning videos, and the evaluation dashboards that show whether training worked.
I build these systems to be maintained independently. Every portfolio piece on this site is organized so the work stays easy to read, and the site itself is built on a free WordPress template so it can be updated without a developer.

Methodology
From learning need to measured result
Every project begins with a needs analysis that asks what people must do differently and why. That answer shapes the curriculum structure, the sequence of content, and the format of each module or video.
I ground this work in established instructional systems design models and cognitive science, so decisions about pacing, practice, and feedback rest on evidence rather than habit.
Media is produced in iterations. Drafts are tested with learners and stakeholders, revised against their feedback, and then finalized for delivery.
Evaluation closes the loop. Training analytics are translated into dashboards that reveal completion, performance change, and where the design needs to be refined next.
Framework
Four stages, one continuous loop
01
Analyze
Clarify the performance gap, the learners, and the constraints before any content is drafted.
02
Design
Map learning objectives to a curriculum structure and sequence the practice and feedback.
03
Produce
Build modules, videos, and materials, testing drafts with learners and revising through each iteration.
04
Evaluate
Measure results with training analytics and dashboards, then feed what is learned back into the design.
